To launch National Inclusion Week, Youth Futures Foundation and Rail Unites for Inclusion have collaborated to host an interactive event that brings together industry professionals and youth advocates to explore how the rail sector can better attract, support, and retain ethnically diverse young talent.
With just 6% of the rail workforce aged 16–25, there is a pressing need to open up access and progression pathways for underrepresented young people.
