About us

The Industry Disability Working Group is a cross-industry forum focused on advancing disability inclusion across the rail workforce.

We work collaboratively to support organisations at every stage of their journey from building awareness to embedding best practice and achieving the highest standards of inclusive employment.

Improving understanding, awareness and support for neurodivergent colleagues and those with non-visible disabilities.

Helping employers attract, retain and develop disabled talent at all levels across the rail industry.

Disability Confident leadership

Supporting organisations to progress through the Disability Confident framework, with a strong focus on achieving and sustaining Level 3 (Leader) status.
