Allison is a certified and experienced NLP Master Practitioner and Hypnotic Practitioner. From peri-menopause through to post-menopause, anxiety and stress can increase and we often focus only on what is going “wrong” with our bodies. In these 30-minute sessions, Allison will guide us through a full body relaxation focusing on tuning in to our menopausal bodies. For these sessions, it’s best to be in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed, can sit comfortably and feel relaxed.
