The purpose of the Rail Industry Talent Exchange Programme is to provide a managed, transparent and inclusive approach to cross industry secondments.
With clear objective setting, a catalogue of developmental tools and resources, the value of external secondments can be realised for both individuals and participating organisations for the greater good of the industry.
