Too often, parents feel they must choose between a high-impact career and time with their young children. The Leaders Plus Cross-Sector Fellowship exists to change that.
This 9-month programme is open to parents from all sectors in leadership and management roles. It offers:
✔ A senior leader mentor
✔ Expert career development and group coaching
✔ A supportive cross-sector network of working parents
✔ Practical tools to manage workload, progress your career, and set boundaries
Previous Fellows describe the Fellowship as “life-transforming”, and in our last cohort:
● 62% reported promotion or taking on more senior responsibility during the programme
● 94% reported increased confidence in balancing career and family life
● 100% reported positive or highly positive impact
● 91% of Fellows say their participation in the programme contributed to an improvement in their overall wellbeing
