Apeksha Naik and Odis Palmer share a case study from the Rail Industry on the GDEIB (known as EDI maturity model) Certified Practitioner (CP) and GDEIB Digital webinar
On 9th February, Apeksha and Odis, Industry Inclusion and Belonging Leads and Rail Unites for Inclusion were invited to a GDEIB focused webinar to be the first global case study showcasing the work they have done using the EDI maturity model in the Rail industry. 175 people across the globe registered to attend this webinar.
Apeksha and Odis were on the first global cohort to be Certified Practitioners and they also are among the very first global GDEIB Digital users. Their experiences helped inform the creation of a new Digital pulse survey that can be used globally. They are working with the authors of the GDEIB to share good practice and learn from other global good practice which they will share back with the rail industry to improve our EDI maturity.
