Take a look at the photos from our celebration event in Milton Keynes

"Just a selection of photos from our amazing Next Stop - Your Future celebration event that took place yesterday at the Aiimi office in Milton Keynes.

Thank you for letting us use your amazing venue Stephanie Paine. Thank you also Tommy Woodward for your brilliant technical support throughout the event.

This celebration event has taken place 9 months after the launch of our Next Stop - Your Future development programme led by our Rail Unites for Inclusion (RUI) Co-Chairs Apeksha Naik Co-Chair of Rail Unites for Inclusion and Odis Palmer in collaboration with Diversity Marketplace (Est 2005) geniuses - Gamiel Yafai and Jiten Patel. Our programme funded by one of our 20 sponsors across the Rail Industry, Martin Thayne included Learners from non-management grades and underrepresented groups from across 13 organisations in the rail industry. We also had Managers and Mentors who supported our Learners through the programme and we are grateful for all those who have supported.

There are a number of people who supported us behind the scenes throughout this programme especially these 4 wonderful people: @Andrew Manning Bea W. Grace Robinson and Sonia L Hazel, a member of our Rail Unites for Inclusion leadership team who is an all round superstar and always helps us, on a voluntary basis, with all our initiatives and events. Thank you also to Abigail May and @Paul Crosswell who supported us with the lunch for the day.

The photos below include from left to right: Co-Chairs Apeksha Naik and Odis Palmer, standing next to our Rail Unites for Inclusion banner which was created by Paul Russen. Then Stephanie Paine who supported us and provided us with the opportunity to use their great venue. Third photo - Gamiel Yafai with Learners from his cohort who were able to attend the event in person. Forth photo - Jiten Patel with Learners from his cohort who were able to attend in person. Fifth photo - Carter J Goodby, one of the Learners but also a member of our Rail Unites for Inclusion leadership team who has agreed to support us with putting together an Alumni community so that the Learners can continue sharing their experiences with each other.

Next to Carter on either side are 4 out of 20 Sponsors who supported the programme from left to right - Ola OgunMartin ThayneKamini Edgley and Steve Foster Each learner who attended the event had their photos taken with the 4 sponsors who attended. We also took photos of the breakouts including organisers, facilitators, managers, mentors, sponsors and learners."
