Felt so honoured to have been invited by Dr. Michelle Gayle and the Dean of Southward Cathedral to the closing ceremony of the "Triangle of Unity Exhibition," a collaborative project between The World Reimagined and the Church of England’s Racial Justice Unit.

Felt even more humbled when, as Michelle said, 'to mark the great work Odis Palmer and I (as Co-Chairs of Rail Unites for Inclusion) are doing', we were gifted one of the student-created globes (see image below of the Cultural Connection globe) to be placed outside our office location - Waterloo.

Was so amazed by the talent of the students from Boutcher Church of England Primary School who sang beautifully at the ceremony as well as the creativity of students at this school and St Bede's Primary School. So impressed by the globes that they all created and was great to speak to @Sabrina Reid, Schools Programme Lead who along with teachers from the schools helped make this all happen.

Was really good to see @Natalie Sparrow, fellow DfT Operator colleague from Southeastern Railway at the ceremony too, to accept a globe that will be located at London Bridge.

Tomorrow is the last chance to see the globes at Southwark Cathedral during the free family-friendly celebration event, which looks fabulous. Find out more on the World Reimagined website. Thank you so much to all the talented children of these schools for being so inspirational.
